Brian, you can use the "directory_title" attribute for title display purposes, as your main title contains user variables. I'll fix it for you here.

I think a html version would suit google's personalised homepage a lot better, not those image things I made :p People can change how many columns they have, so the width is inheriently going to fluctuate. Widths fluctuate across browsers also.
