Cool... this is the best way to get sports scores on google!

Would be nice to see something customizable so that you can choose which teams it displays on a daily basis. Just like you can do with the My Yahoo! page. There are only a handful of teams I care to see the scores for.

Nick: if you create a (free) account at sportsline.com you can customize your preferred (and despised) teams, players, etc.

As long as you're using Firefox, the module will at least highlight them for you. If you're using IE, depending on your security settings you may need to tweak your privacy settings and add sportsline.com at Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites so the module can access your cookie.

I'll consider the possibility of creating a more customized module in the future, I appreciate the feedback.

Thanks Ronnie. It would be great to have something customized in the future. When I switched from using MyYahoo! for my homepage to Google this is the only thing I've really missed. MyYahoo! allowed you to set any teams you wanted and it would only display those scores from the previous day as well as anything for the current day.

I agree with what the others are saying, this is one HUGE weakness of Google homepage when compared to Yahoo homepage. I just found this by searching and I cannot believe Google doesn't have this functionality.
